I handle stress by breaking down tasks into smaller, manageable parts and maintaining a positive mindset. Exercise and adequate rest also play a crucial role in managing stress levels.

7. What is your favorite book or movie, and why?
My favorite book is "To Kill a Mockingbird" because it explores deep moral and social issues. The movie adaptation is also excellent, capturing the essence of the story.
8. How do you plan to improve your language skills before the start of the program?
I plan to take online courses, read extensively in English, and engage in regular conversations with native speakers to enhance my language proficiency.
